From Privacy Research to Production AI
I build AI systems that help businesses reach and serve customers while respecting their privacy. As Chief AI and Data Officer at ID Privacy, Inc., I lead the design of an AI platform that handles real-time voice, SMS, and email conversations, figures out which website visitors are likely customers, and turns that into actionable analytics. This work builds directly on my Ph.D. in Computer Science at UC Davis, where I used machine learning and large-scale data analysis to study and improve online privacy.
My academic foundation — a Ph.D. focused on online privacy, web tracking, and machine learning — is what makes the engineering work possible: the same measurement and modeling techniques now power privacy-conscious, production AI systems.
